Job Description
Ultimate responsibility for all staff. Allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff. Recruitment, development and training of new care and office staff, maintain update training schedules for existing staff members. Ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively.

• To ensure successful operation of all quality control systems

• To liaise with Service Users/relatives & Social Workers
Preparation of management reports

• To work within agreed budgets to ensure profitability of business

• Maintain own personal development with regard to training and industry requirement

• Demonstrate occupational competence in relation to the management of our domiciliary care service

• Planning, implementing and monitoring packages of care

• Liaising with purchasers and Care Manager

• Meeting agreed financial targets
